I had posted that i entered several things into the Jackson County Fair, I did fairly well the coconut macaroons i recieved a reserved champion ribbon, onion pepper bread a first place ribbon, cinnamon apple swirl bread 2nd place ribbon,cinnamon bubble rolls 1st place ribbon and white chocolate chip cookies 1st place ribbon.
I am very happy with the results although i didnt think the macaroons were all that great but maybe i am just not a coconut person? next is the Harvest fair i plan on entering a few crocheted items and maybe one or two baked goods.
